Full-time Hiring. Clients pay a custom fee when hiring a talent for contract or full-time positions with Growwr.
Progressive Incentives
1 service-free projects on $5, 000. Clients who meet the threshold of spending $5,000 on Growwr unlock 2 service-free projects
2 service-free projects on $10, 000. Clients who meet the threshold of spending $10,000 on Growwr unlock 4 service-free projects.
3 4.5% service charge on $50, 000. Clients who meet the threshold of spending $50,000 on Growwr unlock reduced service charges from 5% to 4.5%.
4 4% service charge on $75, 000. Clients who meet the threshold of spending $75,000 on Growwr unlock reduced service charges from 4.5% to 4%.
5 3.5% service charge on $100, 000. Clients who meet the threshold of spending $100,000 on Growwr unlock reduced service charges from 4% to 3.5%
