Accept job offers
You'll receive job matches with all the details. Accept the offers that interest you.
Get hired
Once hired on Growwr, all project activities must stay on the platform to ensure your payment security and rights. If you take the project off Growwr, you lose protection and any claims. We’ve provided tools to help you work efficiently. Deliver diligently and honestly. Occasionally, a Growwr expert may contact you for supervision.
Submit work
Work diligently and professionally, ensuring tasks are completed as soon as possible. Stick to deadlines, collaborate closely with clients, and carefully consider their feedback. Make necessary improvements, be patient throughout the process, and submit your final work for approval while keeping the project tracking updated.
Payment
After your final submission is approved, we will process your payment. Growwr takes a 15% commission from your earnings. Make sure your withdrawal method and threshold are accurately updated.
Project completion and review
Maintain a good working relationship to increase your chances of getting rehired.
